As an animator I believe it really is of importance to have a healthy work environment, not so much as an organized mess which is always relatable to many artists or let alone even anyone else when tends to always happen from time to time, as we are all busy workers with barely any time to come back and clean up after ourselves or organize every single little thing.
But just having a good consistent built system where everything can fall into place in order to get things done and smooth access is always beneficial if wanting to get more work done or just easier on yourself.
I always do love the term to work smarter not harder, at least for a working/living environment but for Animation it may be different especially for 2D hand-drawn traditional animators are in always trying times for being very time consuming and highly rare of a position to work in, as It is also very competitive, apparently so.
Well in another words, Work healthy, stay healthy, and to always make things beneficial in your favor for an easier work environment to help get things done in the way that helps you.
